Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Our Shipping Policy Shipment processing time on all orders are processed within 3-5 business days, this is within New Zealand only. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there are significant delays in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or Facebook messenger if possible. Shipping rates & delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or where ever possible.

Shipment method Estimated delivery time for Shipping to you is Standard 3-5 business days. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the Auckland region.

  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from girljustrelax.co.nz after your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages girljustrelax.co.nz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside New Zealand but will be considering it in due course.

 

Freight and Handling

 You will pay freight and handling charges on any goods you order from us as follows (unless otherwise stated or as part of any promotion)  All goods delivered within New Zealand incur a freight and handling charge of $5 per order for all orders.  

Sorry, we do not currently ship outside New Zealand, but do ship Paint My Banner work ONLY.

Some of our products do come from oversea's so expect longer shipping times, at least 14 working days depending on product volume and/or shipping interference beyond our control  on these selected products, information regarding to products being shipped from oversea's will be mentioned in the product description.

All in all we do wish that your shopping experience including shipping times are an enjoyable experience, we do track every order so if your product is coming from oversea's please be patient, it will arrive.
